2024 Qatar Grand Prix

Max Verstappen won the 2024 Qatar Grand Prix for Red Bull, finishing 6.031 seconds ahead of Charles Leclerc (Ferrari), with Oscar Piastri (McLaren) completing the podium. George Russell had taken pole position. Lando Norris set the fastest lap, a 1:22.384 on lap 56.

It was round 23 of 24 of the 2024 Formula 1 World Championship, held at Lusail International Circuit in Lusail, Qatar on 29 November – 1 December 2024. It was a sprint weekend.

After round 23, Max Verstappen led the 2024 drivers' championship on 429 points, 80 ahead of Lando Norris. McLaren led the constructors' standings on 640 points.
