2024 British Grand Prix

Lewis Hamilton won the 2024 British Grand Prix for Mercedes, finishing 1.465 seconds ahead of Max Verstappen (Red Bull), with Lando Norris (McLaren) completing the podium. George Russell had taken pole position. Carlos Sainz set the fastest lap, a 1:28.293 on lap 52.

It was round 12 of 24 of the 2024 Formula 1 World Championship, held at Silverstone Circuit in Silverstone, UK on 5–7 July 2024.

After round 12, Max Verstappen led the 2024 drivers' championship on 255 points, 84 ahead of Lando Norris. Red Bull led the constructors' standings on 373 points.
