BRM, a British constructor, competed in the 1965 Formula 1 season with Graham Hill and Jackie Stewart. Masten Gregory, Lucien Bianchi, Roberto Bussinello and Giorgio Bassi also raced for the team.

BRM finished 2nd in the 1965 constructors' championship with 45 points, 3 wins and 11 podiums – 9 points behind champions Lotus-Climax. BRM won 3 Grands Prix, the last of them the United States Grand Prix, and scored 1 one-two finish.
